Unauthorized individuals have gained access to certain data and are now contacting clients, attempting to pressure them into complying with their demands. We take this matter extremely seriously and are actively working to address it.
Important Actions for You to Take Immediately:
Do Not Engage with the Hackers: If you receive any communication (e.g., emails, calls, or messages) from individuals claiming to have our data or demanding payment, do not respond, engage, or comply with their requests. These are unauthorized and fraudulent attempts.
Do Not Share Any Information: Do not provide any personal, financial, or sensitive information to these individuals. Sharing such details could further compromise your security.
Change Your Passwords and Credentials: As a precaution, please immediately change passwords for any accounts you may have used in communications with us, as well as any other accounts using similar credentials. Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where possible.
Monitor Your Accounts: Regularly check your financial and online accounts for suspicious activity. If you notice anything unusual, contact your service providers immediately.
Report Suspicious Contacts: If you receive any questionable communications claiming to be related to this incident, please report them to us at support@bamboozle.me so we can assist you and take further action.
We are working closely with cybersecurity experts and law enforcement to investigate this breach, secure our systems, and prevent further unauthorized access. We are also implementing additional measures to protect your data moving forward.

Security Update from Bamboozle Web Services Inc.
Date: September 15, 2025
Our ongoing investigation has revealed that approximately 400GB of data, including emails and likely attachments, was downloaded from our system overnight from Saturday to Sunday September 13/14 2025.
Any content shared via email, including sensitive information such as passwords or other credentials, might have been breached. We strongly urge you to take immediate action to secure your accounts and information.
To ensure the security of your communications, we have migrated all users to new, dedicated mail servers. These servers are fully operational and secure but do not contain historical data from the affected system. You should have received instructions for accessing your new mailbox. If you have not, please contact us immediately at support@bamboozle.me or at support.bamboozle.me.
What This Means for You
The unauthorized access may have exposed email communications, attachments, and any content shared via email, including potentially sensitive information such as passwords or credentials. While we are still assessing the full scope of the incident with the help of cybersecurity experts, we have no evidence at this time that other sensitive personal data was compromised.
To protect yourself, we strongly recommend the following steps:
Change Passwords and Credentials: Immediately update passwords and any other credentials (e.g., API keys, login details) used in or shared via email, as well as for any services where similar credentials were used. Use strong, unique passwords and consider using a password manager.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Activate 2FA on your email account and all other systems and accounts (e.g., banking, social media, work platforms) to add an extra layer of security.
Monitor Accounts: Regularly check your financial and online accounts for unusual activity.
Be Cautious of Phishing: Avoid clicking links or responding to suspicious emails, especially those claiming to reference this incident.
Report Suspicious Contact
If you are contacted by any third party claiming involvement in this incident or requesting personal information, do not engage and please report it to us immediately at support@bamboozle.me or at support.bamboozle.me.
These could be attempts to exploit the situation further.
Our Actions
We have taken immediate steps to address this incident, including:
Migrating all users to secure, dedicated mail servers to ensure safe and reliable communication.
Isolating and securing the affected system, applying the latest patches, and enhancing protections.
Engaging forensic investigators to analyze the breach.
We deeply regret any concern or inconvenience this incident may cause. Our team is committed to restoring trust and strengthening our security measures, including enhanced training to prevent phishing incidents.
